Solomon Kosher Butcher is certified Mehadrin under the supervision of Chabad Kashrus Victoria.

Chabad Kashrus was established by members of the Melbourne Chabad community, under the auspices of the late Rabbi Yitzchok Dovid Groner OBM in 1975. This followed from a directive by the late Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson OBM, to establish a Lubavitcher Shechita in Melbourne, Australia.

Solomon Kosher Butcher and Chabad Kashrus Victoria Limited (CKVL) remains proudly committed to serving the highest standards of Chabad Kashrut, in accordance with the late Lubavitcher Rebbe’s directives, under the Rabbinical supervision of Rabbi Chaim Tzvi Groner, son of the late Rabbi Yitzchok Dovid Groner OBM.
