Product

For fresh meat that is unpackaged, we always advise to use within 48 hours to ensure the best eating quality. For packaged meat, please always refer to the date on the pack.

Our fresh product is vacuum packed in the ordered quantities to maximise its freshness and quality. Bulk whole chickens are packed individually
in a sealed bag.

We do not recommend re-freezing raw meat which has already been defrosted. Freezing cooked meat which has been defrosted is fine.

Mince that is red on the outside and grey in the middle is perfectly healthy. Without a preservative, mince will typically discolour in the middle. If your mince is discolouring on the outside, it has been spoiled.

Online Purchases

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate weight changes to the system on our online store.

Yes we do. You just need order 2 or more of the 1kg variant
of products and you will notice that the price per packet adjusts
automatically. (Chicken Breast Fillet, Diced Beef, Premium Beef Mince, Top Rib, Lamb Cutlets & BBQ Grilling Sausages) 2kg+ specials are not available on
smaller pack sizes.)

The cut off time for next day orders is 5am the day prior to the
ordered day/date.

The weights indicated on all the item pages are an approximate figure only.

Given the nature of our product, it is impossible to provide the same exact weight on each item. Our products have been priced on a per unit bases accordingly. We will always try and supply as close to the indicated weight as possible. In some cases, you may receive a tiny bit more or a tiny bit less than the indicated weight. Where possible, we will always try and give you a little bit more and ensure that overall on your order you never receive less than the total approximate weight.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and Kashrut standards, we are unable to offer returns or replacements for any products. If there was an error on our part, please be in contact to let us know and will rectify the issue.

Delivery

As each delivery run differs every day, we can't guarantee you a specific time when your order will be delivered. Most days, you can expect delivery between 9:00am to 2:00pm. You can put in a request in your order notes for a delivery time, but we can’t make any guarantees.

You don’t need to be home but we suggest that you are. We recommend that your delivery is refrigerated as soon as possible. Our delivery driver will always knock on your door and see if you are home. If nobody is home, they will find a safe shaded place to leave your order where possible.
