Our Poultry
Our range of poultry (chicken, turkey and duck) is specifically grown for us at a number of farms throughout Victoria. Our poultry is processed in our very own purpose built fully kosher production facility.
Our chickens are different to anormal chicken. Our specific adherence to the natural koshering process, coupled with our modern streamlined process, means that a Solomon's chicken is without doubt an extra fresh, extra healthy and better tasting chicken!
Our Beef
Crafted with dedication and respect for tradition,our Australian Beef stands as a symbol of quality and sustainability.
Raised on lush pastures, our cattle enjoy a life of natural grazing and nourishment, resulting in meat that's tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.
Our lamb
Our lambs are all raised with the highest care on a pasture fed diet, being hand selected from a number of farms in Victoria and New South Wales.
Our products are all prepared by our dedicated team of butchers with the greatest craftsmanship so that you can enjoy the very best quality cuts with your family and friends.

Solomon’s has been a family owned and operated business for over 50 years. It prides itself on providing the highest quality products and service. Solomon’s employs over 50 people at its facility in Melbourne, many of which have been with the business for several decades.

Solomon's proudly supplies Jewish communities and kosher operations throughout Asia and the Pacific. We work closely with our international freight partners to allow for the seamless production and delivery of our products to all corners of the globe.

We offer our full range of products for sale to local and interstate wholesale customers including restaurants, caterers, supermarkets, community groups, schools and aged care facilities.
No order is too big or small. We are happy to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability and work with our wholesale customers to meet their specific needs for their important event or occasion.
Home delivery
We offer delivery across Melbourne and Sydney to your home or business via our refrigerated delivery vehicles. We are also able to offer delivery to Brisbane on request. Use our online store to select your homedelivery options or be in touch with our orders team who will be able to assist you.
